An Andalusian University from Málaga, has developed a new procedure and a molecular diagnostic kit to differentiate between Brucella spp. and Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex to be used to clinical analysis. It represents an innovative and faster procedure using non toxic agents such ethidium bromide among others. Manufacturers of clinical diagnostic kits are sought, interested in exploiting this funding under a patent licence.
