- Separation and analysis of mixtures of compounds by HPLC-MS/MS for the identification of individual components
- Purification of the components of mixtures by preparative HPLC
Analysis of compounds, or components of mixtures, and structure determination through the following types of analytical tools:
- Multinuclear NMR spectra (1H, 13C, 31P, etc.)
- Multidimensional NMR spectra (COSY, TOCSY, heterocorrelated spectra, etc.)
- MS spectra with analysis of fragmentation pathways
- IR spectra with analysis of functional group frequencies
- Circular dichroism with analysis of optical activity
