英文原文:Researchers from North-East Poland developed a bioreactor for composting isolated biological materials especially for aerobic decomposition of organic waste. The device can produce energy for self-heating. The innovative approach of the device to self-heating can be used in waste management. Researchers are interested in establishing technical cooperation with financial support or commercial agreement with technical assistance. Researchers from North-East Poland developed a bioreactor for composting isolated biological materials especially for aerobic decomposition of organic waste. In conventional closed systems composting biological wastes air aerating compost pile is delivered from the outside. In low outside temperature conditions, the supplied air cools the compost pile, causing at the same time slowing down the composting process, and in extreme cases can lead to its stoppage. In the developed bioreactor air aerating composted organic waste is heated in a tubular heat exchanger located under the age inside the bioreactor. Researchers are interested in establishing technical cooperation with financial support or commercial agreement with technical assistance. Offered solution does not require additional power source to heat the air and through the water vapourization on the tubular heat exchanger the need to use a moisturizing system of composted waste is eliminated. Aeration with heated air results in regular heating of the composted mass, extending the thermophilic phase, which reduces the duration of the whole process.
