Seeking an automation system for BMC/SMC raw material production (11 TR 99PD 3MFZ)

 A Turkish SME, experienced in Sheet Molding Compound (SMC) and Bulk Molding Compound (BMC) is looking for an automation system to be applied to its BMC/SMC production line. The company is open to commercial agreement with technical assistance opportunities with potential partners, who could provide this automation system.

 Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements:
The above mentioned automation system should be able to store liquid and solid material in the rustproof silos automatically. The system then should transfer the materials to the dissolver by means of SCADA system in pre-defined weight and periods.

After the dissolver process, the system should mix this compound (between 3000 and 10.000 CP viscosity) with glassfiber sized in desired length.

The whole system should automatically produce SMC/BMC in their pack without any labour
