A Spanish company has developed a new double-sided simultaneous large-format digital printing system that is unique in the world for its special characteristics. This system has been developed with a very innovative patented technology. The system works with a special arch-shape printing technology, and material feed is done through belt friction, allowing printing double-sided simultaneously. With this system the problem of shade lost in retro-illuminated images disappears. Besides, it combines low manufacturing cost, high productivity, efficiency and the possibility to be used with standard materials.
The system can be used with standard materials such as promotional materials, PVC, banners, or clothes.
Size: there are different system models accepting sizes going from 2600mm, up to 5200 mm wide. Printing Speed: it can print from 4 passes 22 m/hour up to 6 passes 33 m/hour (double mileage for print).
Its main characteristics are: - High precision in material feed. A structure based on a sole cylinder, and material feed through friction make possible to obtain an excellent quality in the entire format that is being printed. - Front and back side calibration controlled by a computer. - Material charge orientation. An auxiliary orientation guide helps the user to charge the material with the due precision. - Powerful and efficient drying system able to ensure that the image is perfectly dry when it is picked up from the machine. - Lathe head maintenance: Through a programmed system of auto cleaning and emptying. - Control windows at both sides of the light box permit to check at any time the double-side printing effect.
